For the past four years, Daniel C. Tobin has worked at the United States Department of Energy (DOE) as a senior director and senior investment officer. Throughout his career, he has specialized in climate change studies, scouting and funding renewable and clean energy technologies. Outside of his work life at the DOE, Daniel Tobin supports the efforts of City Dogs Rescue in Washington, DC , an organization that is always in need of quality part-time volunteers. City Dogs welcomes volunteers who have animal experience and would like to serve as Vet Care Coordinators. These individuals serve as the go-between for the veterinarian, the pet, and clients. This job also entails managing treatment plans and conducting telephone follow-ups as necessary.
